In Tuesday's league match, the host Sterling Jets basketball team scored a decisive 69-39 triumph over the Meridian Mustangs.

In their next game, the Jets meet the Pawnee City Indians (Pawnee City, NE) in a D1 District 1 match, on Friday, December 16. Sterling will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record.
