Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC), 30-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hough upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Cougars play the Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Chambers will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
