Virginia High School Basketball - Salem can't hold off Patrick Henry
December 13, 2022: Salem, VA 24153 The Patrick Henry Patriots basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Salem Spartans to 49 in the Patriots non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pulaski County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20.
The Spartans (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Blue Demons come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Christiansburg edged Glenvar (Salem, VA), 49-38, in a non-league contest.
