December 13, 2023: Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Crystal Lake South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL) and the visiting Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL), saw Crystal Lake South's basketball squad wallop Huntley by a tally of 49-25.
With the victory, Crystal Lake South improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Gators host Cary-Grove (Cary, IL) to play the Trojans in a Fox Valley challenge on Friday, December 15. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Cary-Grove won 57-45 in their recent league challenge against Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL)
Next up, the Red Raiders play the Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Friday, December 15. Huntley will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 51-43 league win over Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL).
