The Lennard Longhorns basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Riverview Sharks to 42 in the Longhorns league triumph on Friday.

The Longhorns now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Plant City for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7.

With the loss, Riverview falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Sharks host East Bay (Gibsonton, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Indians go into the game with a record of 7-4.
