Pelion Panthers (Pelion, SC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Swansea Tigers (Swansea, SC), 44-29 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Pelion advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to King Academy (Batesburg, SC) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Monday, December 16. The Knights enter the match with a record of 0-2. King Academy lost 53-50 in their recent league match against Cambridge Academy (Greenwood, SC)

The Tigers now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Marion for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Swansea will face a Gators squad coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Branchville (Branchville, SC). The Gators record now stands at 3-0.
