Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA), 65-63 in a league bout.

With the win, Bishop Carroll upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Huskies travel to Central (Martinsburg, PA) to play the Dragons in a Laurel Highlands bout on Friday, December 16. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Central won 61-38 in their recent league bout against Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA)

Next up, the Bisons play the Penn Cambria Panthers (Cresson, PA) in a Laurel Highlands bout, on Friday, December 16. Bedford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 76-40 league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA).
