Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA), 48-40 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Moon Area upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to New Castle (New Castle, PA) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league match on Monday, December 16.
