The Shepherd Bluejays basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Harrison Hornets to 17 in the Bluejays league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bluejays now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clare for a Jack Pine contest on Friday, December 17. Shepherd will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 59-34 league win over Gladwin (Gladwin, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-2.

The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Pinconning (Pinconning, MI). The Spartans enter the Jack Pine contest with a 0-5 record.
