In Thursday's league match, the visiting Mattanawcook Lynx basketball team scored a good 53-38 triumph over the Calais Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Lynx meet the Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME) in a C North match, on Wednesday, December 21. Mattanawcook will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Pandas enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 46-36 non-league loss to East Grand (Dansforth, ME).
