Minnesota High School Basketball - Ashby overwhelmed by Hancock
December 15, 2023: Hancock, MN 56244 The Hancock Owls basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Ashby Arrows to 28 in the Owls league victory on Friday.
The Owls now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Battle Lake for a A Section 6 contest on Tuesday, December 19.
The Arrows (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN). The Comets go into the A Section 6 bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy overwhelmed Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN), 86-62, in a non-league bout.
