December 15, 2023: Vinemont, AL 35179 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Vinemont Eagles (Vinemont, AL) and the visiting Brindlee Mountain Lions (Guntersville, AL), saw Vinemont's basketball squad wallop Brindlee Mountain by a tally of 51-23.
With the victory, Vinemont improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to West Point (Cullman, AL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 18. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. West Point won 65-54 in their recent league challenge against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL)
Next up, the Lions confront the Cleveland Panthers (Cleveland, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Brindlee Mountain will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 79-49 non-league loss to Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL).
