In Friday's league outing, the Marion Harding Presidents (Marion, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting River Valley Vikings (Caledonia, OH), by a count of 63-57.

The Presidents (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Marysville (Marysville, OH). The Monarchs go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Marysville was tipped by Hilliard Davidson (Hilliard, OH), 45-43, in a non-league outing.
