The Shelby-Rising City Huskies basketball team (Shelby, NE), dropped 52-33 in Friday's non-league battle with the host McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE)

The Mustangs now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heartland for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. McCool Junction will battle a Huskies team coming off a 45-42 league loss to Thayer Central (Hebron, NE). The Huskies record now stands at 3-4.
