The Mustangs now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashley for a Mid-State battle on Monday, December 18. Montabella will confront a Bears team coming off a 61-28 league loss to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI). The Bears record now stands at 1-3.
The Bulldogs (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Carson City-Crystal (Carson City, MI). The Eagles come into the Mid-State battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Carson City-Crystal was overwhelmed by Portland (Portland, MI), 74-17, in a non-league battle.
