Michigan High School Basketball - St. Charles nudges Ashley
February 13, 2024: Ashley, MI 48806 In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Charles Bulldogs (St. Charles, MI) basketball squad edged the host Ashley Bears (Ashley, MI), by a margin of 46-42.
The Bulldogs (3-16) will now prepare for their outing against Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Irish go into the Mid-State outing with a 19-1 record. In their last outing, Sacred Heart Academy held off Carson City-Crystal (Carson City, MI), 65-28, in a league outing.
The Bears now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Fulton for a Mid-State outing on Friday, February 16. Ashley will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 54-47 league win over Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 14-6.
