The Lackey Chargers basketball team (Indian Head, MD), dropped 39-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD)

The Hornets now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilde Lake for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18. Great Mills will battle a Wildecats team coming off a 72-9 league loss to River Hill (Clarksville, MD). The Wildecats record now stands at 0-3.

The Chargers (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes come into the Southern Maryland battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Huntingtown beat Northern (Owings, MD), 41-35, in a non-league battle.
