December 15, 2023: Greensboro, NC 27455 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) and the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC), saw Northern Guilford's basketball squad hold off Southeast Guilford by a tally of 49-44.
With the victory, Northern Guilford improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Reidsville (Reidsville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Reidsville won 42-22 in their recent league challenge against North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC)
Next up, the Falcons play the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Southeast Guilford will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 80-39 non-league loss to Page (Greensboro, NC).
