With the victory, Kankakee Valley advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Kougars host Benton Central (Oxford, IN) to battle the Bison in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 20. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Benton Central won 58-31 in their recent league challenge against Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN)
