The Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA) basketball crushed the host Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), 59-24 in Friday's league test.

The Broncs (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Frazier Mountain (Lebec, CA). The Falcons go into the High Desert test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Frazier Mountain was trounced by Rosamond (Rosamond, CA), 87-51, in a league test.

The Bobcats now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Mammoth for a High Desert test on Tuesday, December 20. Boron will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 59-41 league loss to Bishop Union (Bishop, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.
