Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) and the visiting Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA), saw Braintree's basketball squad hold off Walpole by a tally of 55-53.

With the victory, Braintree improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wamps travel to Wellesley (Wellesley, MA) to play the Raiders in a Bay State - Herget challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
