December 16, 2022: Braintree, MA 02184 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) and the visiting Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA), saw Braintree's basketball squad hold off Walpole by a tally of 55-53.
With the victory, Braintree improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wamps travel to Wellesley (Wellesley, MA) to play the Raiders in a Bay State - Herget challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Timberwolves play the Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA) in a Bay State - Herget challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Walpole will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 51-42 league loss to Natick (Natick, MA).
