The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers basketball team (Darien, GA), was nudged 72-65 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Savannah Bluejackets (Savannah, GA)

The Bluejackets now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Islands for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 20. Savannah will battle a Sharks team coming off a 62-40 non-league loss to South Effingham (Guyton, GA). The Sharks record now stands at 1-6.

The Buccaneers (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Calvary Day was nudged by Jenkins (Savannah, GA), 46-40, in a non-league battle.
