Wyoming High School Basketball - Tongue River knocked off by Wind River
December 16, 2022: Pavillion, WY 82523 The Wind River Cougars basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Tongue River Eagles to 62 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Big Horn for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Wind River will meet a Rams team coming off a 81-34 non-league win over Arvada (Arvada, CO). The Rams record now stands at 3-0.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Stephens (St. Stephens, WY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, St. Stephens was outscored by Big Piney (Big Piney, WY), 67-66, in a non-league contest.
