With the victory, Canton improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS) to confront the Conquistadors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Conquistadors come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Olive Branch lost 68-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Belmont (Belmont, MS)
Next up, the Indians confront the Kosciusko Whippets (Kosciusko, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. Yazoo City will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Whippets come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 73-46 non-league loss to Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS).
