California High School Basketball - Nevada Union fells Union Mine
December 16, 2023: Grass Valley, CA 95945 Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA), 61-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Miners travel to Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Cordova lost 61-29 in their recent non-league bout against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA)
Next up, the Diamondbacks clash with the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Union Mine will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 41-40 non-league loss to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA).
