December 16, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466 The Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC) basketball knocked off the host Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 32-16 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Gators (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC). The Stags go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Berkeley notched a victory over West Ashley (Charleston, SC), 48-47, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Ashley for a non-league test on Sunday, December 17. Wando will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 48-47 non-league loss to Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-7.
