South Carolina High School Basketball - Berkeley overwhelmed by Goose Creek
December 17, 2023: Moncks Corner, SC 29461 The Goose Creek Gators basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Berkeley Stags to 33 in the Gators non-league victory on Sunday.
The Gators now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summerville for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Goose Creek will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Green Wave record now stands at 2-1.
The Stags (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Bengals come into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Lucy Beckham was routed by Summerville (Summerville, SC), 51-48, in a non-league contest.
