December 17, 2021: Sterling Heights, MI 48312 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the host Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI), saw Chippewa Valley's basketball squad overcome Sterling Heights by a tally of 40-29.
With the victory, Chippewa Valley improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Big Reds travel to Cousino (Warren, MI) to confront the Patriots in a Macomb Area - Red challenge on Tuesday, January 25. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Cousino lost 43-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Marine City (Marine City, MI)
Next up, the Stallions confront the Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI) in a Macomb Area - Blue challenge, on Thursday, January 6. Sterling Heights will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
