In Monday's non-league match, the host Sterling Heights Stallions basketball team scored a good 38-25 triumph over the Chippewa Valley Big Reds.

In their next game, the Stallions meet the Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 2. Sterling Heights will attempt to move on its 5-14 season record.
