The Kennedy Thunderbirds basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Highland Scots to 50 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Saturday.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Taft for a South Sequoia contest on Tuesday, January 3.

The Scots (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Blades come into the non-league contest with a 6-6 record.
