The Palmerton Blue Bombers basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Salisbury Township Falcons to 36 in the Blue Bombers league victory on Saturday.

The Blue Bombers now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Lehigh for a Colonial - West contest on Monday, December 19. Palmerton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-18 league loss to Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-4.

The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans come into the Colonial - West contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Southern Lehigh prevailed over Wilson Area (Easton, PA), 43-41, in a non-league contest.
