Michigan High School Basketball - Edsel Ford thwarts Roosevelt
December 17, 2024: Dearborn, MI 48124 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Edsel Ford Thunderbirds (Dearborn, MI) and the visiting Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI), observed Edsel Ford's basketball team knock off Roosevelt by a score of 62-47.
The Thunderbirds (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Jaguars come into the Downriver challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Allen Park prevailed over Carlson (Gibraltar, MI), 61-50, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI) in a Downriver challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Railsplitters come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 45-43 league loss to Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI).
