The Heritage Hills Patriots basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Mt. Vernon Wildcats to 57 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Evansville Memorial for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Heritage Hills will confront a Tigers team coming off a 76-65 league win over Evansville Bosse (Evansville, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Mt. Vernon falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 4-1. Wood Memorial won 54-35 in their recent non-league game against White River Valley (Switz City, IN)
