The Mt. Vernon Wildcats (Mt. Vernon, IN) basketball toppled the host Heritage Hills Patriots (Lincoln City, IN), 55-46 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 13-12 record. They play next when they travel to Evansville Memorial for a non-league bout on Friday, March 7. Mt. Vernon will play a Tigers team coming off a 65-54 non-league win over Washington (Washington, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 16-6.

With the loss, Heritage Hills falls to 13-9 on the campaign.
