In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Montclair Mounties basketball team scored a good 67-58 win over the North Star Academy .

The Mounties (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Science Park (Newark, NJ). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Science Park dropped by West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ), 46-39, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the battle the Bloomfield Bengals (Bloomfield, NJ) in a Super Essex - Colonial contest, on Thursday, December 19. North Star Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
