The Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE) basketball were winner over the host Paxton Tigers (Paxton, NE), 65-54 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Plainsmen now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Dundy County-Stratton for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. Perkins County will play a Tigers team coming off a 70-23 league win over Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 6-0.
