Ohio High School Basketball - St. John nudges Windham
December 17, 2024: Windham, OH 44288 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) and the host Windham Bombers (Windham, OH), observed St. John's basketball team edge Windham by a score of 71-66.
The Fighting Herald (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chalker (Southington, OH). The Wildcats come into the Northeastern challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Chalker edged Bloomfield (North Bloomfield, OH), 58-31, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bombers encounter the Pymatuning Valley Lakers (Andover, OH) in a Northeastern challenge, on Friday, December 20. Windham will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 77-71 league win over Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH).
