In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Rensselaer Central Bombers basketball team scored a good 44-31 triumph over the Andrean Fighting 59ers.

The Bombers (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Winamac (Winamac, IN). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Winamac topped DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN), 38-37, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Fighting 59ers battle the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Andrean will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 38-31 non-league loss to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN).
