South Carolina High School Basketball - Lower Richland victorious over Darlington

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets basketball team scored a good 51-43 triumph over the Darlington Falcons.

The Diamond Hornets (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against Crestwood (Sumter, SC). The Knights go into the AAAA Region 5 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Crestwood was topped by South Florence (Florence, SC), 44-40, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Lakewood Gators (Sumter, SC) in a AAAA Region 5 contest, on Friday, December 20. Darlington will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Gators go into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 47-35 league loss to Wilson (Florence, SC).
