The Meridian Mustangs basketball team scored 74 points and limited the host Harrison Hornets to 43 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Evart for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Meridian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 50-40 non-league win over Frankfort (Frankfort, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
