The Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC) basketball crushed the host Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC), 64-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Bear Grass Charter for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18. Perquimans will play a Bears team coming off a 58-50 non-league loss to Gates County (Gatesville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 5-2.
