December 17, 2024: Lafayette, LA 70507 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Lafayette Christian Academy Knights (Lafayette, LA) and the visiting Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA), saw Lafayette Christian Academy's soccer squad triumph over Washington-Marion by a count of 8-0.
The Knights (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy was overwhelmed by Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Charging Indians battle the West Feliciana Saints (St. Francisville, LA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 19. Washington-Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Saints enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge, LA).
