California High School Basketball - Diamond Ranch holds off Don Lugo
December 18, 2023: Chino, CA 91710 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Diamond Ranch Panthers (Pomona, CA) and the host Don Lugo Conquistadores (Chino, CA), saw Diamond Ranch's basketball squad hold off Don Lugo by a tally of 47-44.
With the victory, Diamond Ranch improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Claremont (Claremont, CA) to confront the Wolfpack in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Claremont lost 63-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
Next up, the Conquistadores confront the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 26. Don Lugo will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Highlanders/Scots come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 72-66 non-league win over Norco (Norco, CA).
