Washington High School Basketball - Monroe overwhelms Cascade
December 18, 2023: Everett, WA 98203 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA) and the host Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), saw Monroe's basketball squad wallop Cascade by a count of 70-32.
With the victory, Monroe upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Cheney (Cheney, WA) to play the Blackhawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Cheney won 72-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Shadle Park (Spokane, WA)
Next up, the Bruins play the Kamiak Knights (Mukilteo, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Cascade will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 51-32 non-league loss to Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA).
