Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles (Rabun Gap, GA) and the host Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC), saw Rabun Gap-Nacoochee's basketball squad hold off Metrolina Christian Academy by a tally of 57-56.

With the victory, Rabun Gap-Nacoochee improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC) to play the Blues in a NCISAA Carolinas challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Blues come into the challenge with a record of 8-2.

Next up, the Warriors play the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Metrolina Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record.
