December 19, 2023: Mount Horeb, WI 53572 Mount Horeb Vikings (Mount Horeb, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Baraboo Thunderbirds (Baraboo, WI), 80-60 in a league bout.
With the win, Mount Horeb upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Vikings host McFarland (McFarland, WI) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-5. McFarland lost 72-65 in their recent non-league bout against Oregon (Oregon, WI)
Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Sauk Prairie Eagles (Prairie du Sac, WI) in a Badger - Small bout, on Thursday, December 21. Baraboo will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 69-33 non-league win over Richland Center (Richland Center, WI).
