December 19, 2023: Washington, IL 61571 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL), by a margin of 67-37.
The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln (Lincoln, IL). The Railsplitters go into the non-league outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Lincoln smashed Rochester (Rochester, IL), 40-32, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host LaSalle-Peru for a non-league outing on Friday, December 22. Dunlap will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 76-69 league win over Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 9-3.
