Wisconsin High School Basketball - Boscobel nips Benton
December 19, 2023: Boscobel, WI 53805 Boscobel Bulldogs (Boscobel, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Benton Zephyrs (Benton, WI), 63-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Boscobel upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI) to play the Pointers in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities bout on Friday, December 22. The Pointers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Mineral Point won 59-48 in their recent non-league bout against New Glarus (New Glarus, WI)
Next up, the Zephyrs play the Potosi/Cassville (Potosi, WI) in a Six Rivers - West bout, on Friday, December 22. Benton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 60-37 non-league loss to Black Hawk (South Wayne, WI).
