In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Springtown Porcupines basketball team scored a decisive 63-28 triumph over the Polytechnic Parrots.

In their next game, the Porcupines meet the Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 2. Springtown will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 35-33 non-league loss to Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX).
