The Carter-Riverside Eagles basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was routed 60-33 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX)

The Porcupines now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bosqueville for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 3. Springtown will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-44 non-league loss to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.

The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Keene (Keene, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Keene trounced Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX), 41-35, in a non-league battle.
